Channel 16 I.T. employee is a human male in Detroit: Become Human. He is an employee for Channel 16 and seems to work in the server room of Stratford Tower.

The Stratford Tower[]
He only appears if Markus does not lock the doors in the server room when cutting the window to climb up to the renovated floors. He asks what they are doing and regardless of the players dialogue choices, he says that he will call security. Markus or North strike him with a handgun, rendering him unconscious. If he is knocked out, the SWAT team will later raid the broadcast room. North will be annoyed that Markus did not lock the doors.[1]
