Notes
- At the end when Perkins is looking down into the water, he will mumble "this isn't over Markus." If Markus is dead, Perkins will say "this isn't over...".
- This is the first chapter that can feature all three playable characters.
- Hank is the only main character who will never make an appearance in this chapter regardless of the player's choices.
- Simon and Hank are the only main characters that cannot die in this chapter.
- If Markus is not there, then Josh's survival is based on whether Connor dies before seeing him.
- If deviant Connor dies here or in the next chapter he is automatically set on his machine route.
- Normally, if Markus survives the attack on Jericho, the ship will always explode. However, there is one combination of choices that leaves it intact and him alive.
- Markus is exiled from Jericho but returns and manages to escape into the water.
- Connor becomes deviant but dies after seeing Lucy and before arming the explosives.
