He previously worked as an accountant but lost his job, presumably due to androids. He has a criminal record which includes being a Narcotic Supplier.

As Markus leaves the paint store, Dennis can be randomly seen walking around the mall outdoors.

Dennis is seen in Jimmy's Bar, sitting at a booth with Chris Roberts as Connor walks in. If Connor is near him he will tell Connor to go away.

If the player looks closely, Dennis can be seen in the background holding his phone presumably taking pictures of the march.

Dennis is seemingly very moody, and does not take kindly to being interrupted.
