Jimmy's Bar is a bar in Detroit in Detroit: Become Human. It is owned by Jimmy Peterson.
Jimmy Peterson has some policies outside his door that states no androids or dogs allowed. This bar was commanded to its closure caused by a recent case of Red Ice trafficking, but Jimmy denied any relation between him and Red Ice trafficking.
It seems this bar is a popular spot for local residents, people who are unemployed and with criminal records, and Hank Anderson. Jimmy seems to own an old arcade machine.
Events In-Game[]
In Partners, Connor searches Jimmy's Bar to locate Lt. Hank Anderson, scanning the patrons to find him. Most, if not all, of them either act cold and hostile to Connor, or don't care enough to notice his presence and simply ignore him. Upon finding Hank, Connor will inform him of a homicide investigation involving Carlos Ortiz, but Hank stubbornly refuses, as he doesn't want to leave the bar nor deal with androids like Connor. Connor attempts to convince Hank by reasoning with him, threatening him, be understanding, or persist, but Hank doesn't seem to budge or listen. Seeing that any further talking would be pointless, Connor can perform three of these actions:
If Connor buys another drink, his relationship with Hank will ease up, making him more willing to go with Connor.
If Connor waits outside for Hank, the latter will still go anyways, as the homicide investigation Connor mentioned caught his interest.
If Connor acts aggressively by spilling Hank's drink, he will angrily grab Connor and lash out at him, but he will relent and still go anyways despite the tension.
